Good day everyone,
This is my first blog post on my website, how exciting is that? I would like to use this space to tell you about what to expect from my store blog. My tentative plans are to open up the herbal part of the shop this winter (between November and December) in time for Christmas orders, if not earlier with black teas. Teas will be categorized by mythology, taste, and apothecary aspect so that there are different ways to search for tea. I will start small, with only teas, but eventually have salves, tinctures, elixirs, and beauty products in the coming years after I finish school.
Currently I am a consultant at Queen Mary’s Teas and am selling non-herbal teas through that company. For more information, check out the tea section of my website.
I will also be starting a CrateJoy package that will include two types of tea, and since my teas are inspired by mythological gods, goddesses, and creatures, it will contain a card about history behind the person/creature. I will also have a couple of goodies in the boxes as well. Another CrateJoy will also contain a book of mine with 2-4 teas (total of 8 ounces of tea) that will be quarterly. Both of the crates will always start from the beginning so that everyone gets the same teas and books and no one misses out. This is tentative though, so stay connected if you are interested.
Interested in seeing my shop in person? Well have no fear! I will be doing markets and fairs in Washington and Oregon (and eventually Arizona and other areas on the west coast) so check out my calendar to see where I will be.
